Islamabad — The Overseas Pakistanis Foundation (OPF) has taken a significant step to provide better and quality facilities to overseas Pakistanis by signing a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Hill View Hotel, Islamabad. The agreement was finalized on January 5, 2026, under a special discount program for registered OPF members and their families.
Under the MoU, registered overseas Pakistanis and their families will be able to avail accommodation at Hill View Hotel, Islamabad at a 20 percent discounted rate. In addition, hotel services such as food and beverages, banquet facilities, and laundry will also be offered at a special 10 percent discount, making stays more comfortable and convenient for expatriates visiting Pakistan.
The MoU was signed on behalf of OPF by Director General (Welfare & Services) Mustafa Haider, while the General Manager of Hill View Hotel, Farhan Khan, signed on behalf of the hotel. The agreement formalizes cooperation between OPF and the hotel to ensure overseas Pakistanis receive preferential treatment during their stay.
This initiative reflects the continuous efforts and guidance of OPF Chairman Syed Qamar Raza Shah and MD Muhammad Afzaal Bhatti, who have been working to provide quality services to overseas Pakistanis and strengthen their connection with Pakistan.
