ISLAMABAD (APP):The Federal Tax Ombudsman (FTO) has issued clear instructions to the FTO Secretariat to deal with complaints of overseas Pakistanis on a priority basis to ensure they do not face unnecessary difficulties or delays.
The FTO has appointed the Registrar as in-charge of the dedicated Complaints Cell for overseas Pakistanis to ensure prompt, transparent and effective resolution of their grievances, said a news release.
The FTO stressed that overseas Pakistanis are a vital asset for the country and play a backbone role in the national economy. Pakistanis living abroad not only contribute significantly through foreign exchange but also project a positive image of Pakistan across the world.
